At Maternally Fit we have a fantastic team of qualified professionals who want to motivate the Mammas of our communities to be active, strong & healthy during pregnancy and postnatally.

Maternally Fit run multi award-wining Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise classes both live online and in studios across London and Surrey.

Our classes are led by qualified professionals with specialist training in pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Our classes are appropriate for both the novice and experienced exerciser, and each class will be individually tailored to their fitness needs and abilities. Classes include cardio-vascular fitness, strength training and particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training – the muscles which help to support a womans' body as they grow during pregnancy & recover postnatally.

Our classes are the perfect place to empower women to understand their changing body and how to adapt their activity to keep both them and their unborn baby safe during exercise and during the postnatal period.

We are always looking for new motivated instructors to join our team!
