Bart Van Caenegem is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and political advisory roles. Currently, Bart serves as the Business Manager for West-Vlaanderen at Matexi and as the CEO of Cevima BV, both since 2020. Previously, Bart held significant positions such as Director at the Kabinet Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken, and as a member of the board for IVM and Veneco². Bart's experience also includes key roles in various governmental functions, including Chief of Staff for Spatial Planning and Deputy Chief of Staff for the Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, where responsibilities involved providing strategic communication advice, organizing networking events, and liaising with both public and private sectors. Academic qualifications include multiple degrees from Ghent University in Notarial Law and Law.
