Gert Petit has extensive experience in project development and real estate, currently serving as Project Developer at Matexi since March 2013, where the focus is on creating desirable living environments. Prior to this role, Gert Petit worked as a Real Estate Agent at Immo Lantmeeters NV from October 2004 to March 2013, specializing in commercial real estate. Gert Petit also held the position of Partner at Babee GCV from June 2002 to March 2013, contributing to the design and execution of unique birth announcements and related products. Earlier career positions include Production Leader at WCA-Alro Group NV and Vasco NV, where expertise in automotive coatings and luxury radiator manufacturing was developed, as well as Head of Design and Project Leader at Festa Pack NV, focusing on cardboard packaging solutions. Gert Petit holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg, complemented by studies in Business Management and early education at Sint Jan Berchmanscollege.
