Sanne Schepers is an experienced professional in real estate and urban planning, currently serving as a Business Manager and Project Developer at Matexi since September 2018. Responsibilities include managing acquisition and development activities, overseeing project performance milestones and KPIs, and coordinating with construction, finance, administration teams, and project stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sanne worked at Forum Advocaten from September 2013 to August 2018 as an Associate in Real Estate and Urban Planning, providing advisory services on environmental law and urban planning while also engaging in litigation related to building, construction, and administrative law. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Associate at Escala and as a Guest Lecturer at CVO Provincie Antwerpen, focusing on administrative law and spatial planning. Sanne holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Antwerp and completed the Young Professionals Program in Real Estate at KU Leuven in 2019.
