Karen Meyer has been an educator for over thirty years. Karen began their career in 1972 at Ladue Junior High, where they created a math lab and was one of the first teachers in the district to use computers in the classroom. In 1984, they moved to Ladue High School, where they taught courses ranging from geometry to calculus. Karen also developed and taught computer applications courses. In addition to their work in the classroom, Karen has served on a variety of district and building committees. Karen has also worked with students outside of the classroom as a varsity cheerleader coach, prom chairman, and community outreach program leader.
Karen Meyer's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and secondary counseling from Valparaiso University, as well as a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Missouri.
