Melissa Colvin

Melissa is an experienced member of the team with a problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills. Driven by a customer-first strategy, she takes pride in assisting you in achieving goals while fostering positive and long-term relationships. Melissa believes everyone can benefit from the solutions and she is here to strategically, intentionally, and innovatively guide you through a customized approach in an efficient and organized fashion! In addition to her primary job functions, she also negotiates and oversees all of the contracts and serves as the Federal and Corporate partnerships lead.

She has been recognized for her servant leader approach and, when she is not at MathCraft, you can find her mentoring a volunteer team whose mission is to develop others by cultivating leadership potential amongst young women. Additionally, she coordinates a Social Ministry partnering with local restaurants by connecting them and their daily leftovers to recipient groups to combat food insecurity in the local area. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University and she currently resides in Northern Virginia.
