Rasmus Bergman

Rasmus Bergman currently serves as the Chef trafikledning at Mathem, a position held since August 2018, where responsibilities include leadership, process optimization, and maintaining high delivery quality. In this role, Rasmus manages workload distribution, internal processes, staff development, statistical monitoring, and employee performance conversations. Previous experience at Mathem includes serving as Arbetsledare for distribution, overseeing 450 drivers and 150 staffing consultants, and leading a team of approximately 60 staff members in performance reviews, rehabilitation assessments, and conflict resolution. Additionally, Rasmus has worked as Coordinator for internlogistik, managing logistics coordination for distribution purposes, and has experience as a Chaufför, delivering food to businesses and private customers in Stockholm and nearby areas. Prior to Mathem, Rasmus was employed at SKB as a Fastighetsskötare in a seasonal role from June to August during 2016-2018.
