Anthony Harris is currently the Technical Director at EDI Global, leading the technical delivery of the project portfolio and providing methodological expertise to teams and stakeholders. Previously, they served as an Economist at the World Bank Group and as a Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research, where they worked until 2022 before returning to Mathematica as a Senior Researcher. Anthony earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics from the University of Oxford, following a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and History from Queen's University.
