Brian Gill

Brian Gill, J.D., Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher at GiveWell and a Senior Fellow at Mathematica, where they focus on K-12 education policy. They previously served as a Social Scientist at RAND from 1998 to 2007 and have been a Director at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Educational Laboratory at Mathematica since 2017. With a background in history and philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as law and social policy from the University of California, Berkeley, Brian leverages their analytic, communication, and leadership skills to promote impactful decision-making for the public good.
