Ellen Singer

Ellen Singer is a Principal Program Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research, specializing in Medicare reimbursement policies and health data analysis. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, developing a financial model for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Since 2008, Ellen has focused on data management and analysis for health services research, utilizing administrative data from both Medicare and Medicaid as well as various federal and state surveys. They hold a Master’s degree in Systems Analysis for Public Decision Making from Johns Hopkins University, which they completed in 1978.
