Gretchen Hammer

Gretchen Hammer is a leader in health and human services, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at Mathematica, where they provide research and advisory services to enhance public programs. They founded the Public Leadership Group, focusing on strategic planning, program design, and leadership development. Previously, Gretchen held roles including Executive Director at the Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved and Medicaid Director at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, where they collaborated on public health initiatives. Gretchen earned an MPH in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Washington and a BA in Biology from Colorado College.
