Jason Weinstock

Jason Weinstock has over 18 years of experience in healthcare program integrity, focusing on strategic development, managed care oversight, and fraud investigation. They are currently the Senior Lead for Program Integrity and Data Analytics at Mathematica Policy Research, where their work involves supporting CMS program integrity and performance monitoring. Previously, Weinstock served as a Supervisory Investigator at the Department of Health and Human Services, overseeing multi-state investigations of Medicaid and Medicare fraud. They began their career at the Maryland Medicaid Fraud Control Unit as a prosecutor, leading significant investigations and prosecutions. Weinstock holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland College Park.
