Jonathan McCay

Jonathan McCay is a Senior Managing Consultant at Mathematica, where they combine expertise in implementation strategy and research-practice integration to drive evidence-based change. Previously, they served as a Program Analyst and Managing Consultant at Mathematica Policy Research from 2015 to 2018. Jonathan also gained valuable experience as a C-START Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed an internship in Political and Economic Affairs at the U.S. Department of State in 2011. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012.
