Patrick Convery has over two decades of experience in learning and development roles. Beginning as a Learning Manager at Aetna from September 1999 to August 2001, Patrick then advanced to the position of Associate Director, Leadership and Management Development at inVentiv Health from August 2001 to April 2015. Following this, Patrick served as Associate Director, Training and Development at Mathematica Policy Research from April 2015 until October 2023, after which Patrick became Director of Learning and Performance at Mathematica. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Organizational Education from Montclair State University and has also attended Mary Washington College.
