Sam Vance

Sam Vance is a civic innovator committed to leveraging business and technology for public good. They graduated from Kellogg's MBA program, where they focused on Strategy, Economics, and Data, and were actively involved in initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion. Sam has held various roles, including Program Manager at the Chicago Department of Family & Support Services, where they designed high-quality professional development programs for youth employment, and currently serves as a Managing Consultant at Mathematica, applying integrated research methods to improve human services outcomes. Sam's previous experiences include contributions as a freelance writer, public affairs specialist, and a Microsoft Civic Innovation Fellow.
