Chris Lateano is a classically trained Executive Chef and hospitality leader with over two decades of experience in boutique hotels, cultural institutions, and luxury senior living. They most recently served as the Executive Chef and Director of Restaurant Services at Mather Place, where they transformed the community into a food destination. Chris's culinary approach emphasizes seasonal, market-driven menus that foster connection and joy. In addition to their extensive experience at notable establishments like The Field Museum and Kimpton Hotels, Chris is pursuing education in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
