Jennifer's early career includes roles in quality assurance and admissions at Hyatt Regency Chicago and Marietta College, respectively. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media from Marietta College and a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism from Rochester Institute of Technology.
