Samia Amamoo, J.D., currently serves as Corporate Compliance Officer and Vice President of Risk Management at Mather, a not-for-profit organization focused on programs for older adults, since March 2014. Previous roles include Vice President at Western Litigation, Inc., overseeing professional liability claims for healthcare entities, and Vice President of Risk Management at Boulevard Healthcare, LLC, managing risk across multiple long-term care facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Claims and Corporate Compliance at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where responsibilities included handling high exposure medical professional liability claims. Samia holds a Doctor of Law from The University of New Mexico School of Law, a Master of Arts from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Buckingham.
