The Human Resources team at Mather is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions to support Mather's mission of creating Ways to Age Well. This includes recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with HR laws and regulations, benefits administration, and managing HR information systems. They also focus on fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting the professional growth of Mather’s diverse workforce.
