Stuart Kennedy

Stuart Kennedy is a partner in the Asset Finance Group at Matheson, where they advise international financial institutions, aircraft owners, aircraft lessors, and airlines on financing and leasing aircraft, engines, and parts. With extensive experience gained from their roles as a trainee solicitor and associate at Matheson, they have successfully structured numerous high-profile transactions, including a US$ 349.1 million EETC transaction and a US$ 1.21 billion asset-backed securitization. Stuart holds a BA in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and is a Chartered Tax Adviser from the Irish Taxation Institute.
