Clay Harmon

Clay Harmon is the Managing Director at Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm managing $33 billion in assets, focusing on investments in consumer and business services. Since 2007, Clay has played a key role in the firm, while also serving as a board member for several companies including Nothing Bundt Cakes, PetValu, Subway, and Mathnasium. Clay began their professional journey in assurance at KPMG before transitioning to transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young. Clay holds a degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, which they completed in 2003.
