Don Walter

Don Walter is a seasoned professional with 15 years of QC/QA management experience, certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma process improvement methodology. They spent 18 years at Wellman, focusing on Quality Assurance, and later held roles at JPMorgan Chase and Fiber Industries LLC, where they re-established the quality process after a nine-year hiatus. They are currently the Owner of Lifescaping, part of the John Maxwell Team, and previously owned Mathnasium of Florence, enhancing math education for students. Don holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
