Panos Vlachos

Panos Vlachos is an experienced educator and researcher with a background in STEM disciplines, currently serving as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Waterloo and an Instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center. Panos has a strong focus on distributed control design for noisy engineering systems, particularly in jet engines, as an Associate Researcher. Previous roles include a Data Scientist at Ariston Arcadia Cooperative, where responsibilities included enhancing sales strategies and optimizing database management. Panos also has experience as a Design Engineer, developing wearable sensors, and as a Robotics Instructor, creating educational programs. Military service as an Army Officer in the Greek Army helped develop skills in discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Education includes a degree from the University of Waterloo with a notable GPA.
