Yani Pratiwi

Yani Pratiwi, MBA, is the Owner and Director of Mathnasium of Red Deer, Alberta, where they focus on building children's confidence in mathematics. Previously, Yani worked at ATB Financial as a Compensation Specialist, and at various organizations such as Hay Group and Deloitte Consulting in roles that included HR Consultant and Senior Advisor. With extensive experience in job analysis, organizational development, and compensation consulting, Yani has contributed to the development of human resources systems across multiple sectors. Yani is currently pursuing a BA in Accounting at the University of Indonesia and is a candidate for both Certified Compensation Professional and Chartered Human Resources Professional designations.
