Erin Byrne's work experience includes being the Head of Customer Success at Mathspace since February 2022, as well as previously holding the position of Manager of Customer Success at the same company since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a School Liaison at Mathspace from May 2013 to October 2019. Additionally, they have served as the Director & Program Developer at BE Bright.

Erin Byrne attended the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a BAS degree with Honors 1, specializing in the fields of History and Psychology. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2014.
