Jihad Daghmash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application development and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at Mathtech since February 2006, Jihad has played a crucial role in the full migration of the Financial Management System for the Federal Aviation Administration, overseeing design, development, and implementation across all project phases. Prior experience includes a position as an Oracle Application Developer at the National Academy of Sciences, focusing on production support, maintenance, and enhancements of Oracle applications, as well as earlier roles as a Programmer/Analyst responsible for database management tasks. Academically, Jihad holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Marketing from The American University, along with certifications in Oracle DBA and as an Oracle Certified Professional.
