Frank S. Nestore has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Frank S. started their career as an Engineer at FLSmidth in 1995 and then moved on to work as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2002. Frank S. then became a Manager at Smart & Associates from 2002 to 2003. Frank S. later joined PPT Consulting as a Partner, where they were responsible for project management, client relationship management, and marketing from 2003 to 2011. 

In 2010, Frank joined PMI-DVC as the Director of Corporate Outreach until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Manager at Mathtech, where they were involved in business development, engagement management, team management, and practice management. Frank S. continued their journey at Mathtech and served as a Director from 2013 to 2020. In July 2020, they were promoted to the position of Managing Director at Mathtech, where they have been responsible for the full lifecycle of professional services.

In addition to their roles in the private sector, Frank also served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee at CareLink Community Support Services from 2016 to 2020.

Frank S. Nestore obtained a Diploma in College Prep from Marple-Newtown Senior High School from 1987 to 1991. Frank S. then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Frank obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
