Alan Esenther

Alan Esenther is a Senior Software Engineer at The MathWorks since March 2015, and previously served as Chief Software Architect at Circle Twelve, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the development of the DiamondTouch multi-user touch tables and its SDK. Before this, Alan was a Principal Technical Staff member and Research Scientist at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs from January 2001 to February 2014, contributing significantly to data visualization and software engineering projects. Additionally, Alan held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Mitsubishi Technology Lab (MERL) from April 2001 to March 2008, focusing on HCI/HMI projects and engaging with the academic community through conferences. Alan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University and has completed various professional achievement certificates at Northeastern University.
