Amy Kidd currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for the MS HFID program at Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business since January 2023. With extensive experience at MathWorks since February 2001, Amy holds positions as Senior Manager of User Experience and User Experience Manager, overseeing User Experience teams for MATLAB, associated toolboxes, and various applications. Additionally, Amy contributed to the UXPA as Director of Events from November 2011 to December 2014 and served as International Conference Co-Chair for UPA International during 2011 and 2012. Earlier experience includes a role as Technology Solutions Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2000. Amy holds an MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a BA in Cognitive Science and Math from the University of Virginia, along with a brief study at the University of Limerick in 1997.
