Amy Moise

Amy Moise, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of the Engineering Development Group at MathWorks since January 2025. Prior to this role, Amy amassed extensive experience at Hasbro from September 2010 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams for popular brands like Potato Head, eOne licensed preschool properties, and the Star Wars Fan portfolio. Key achievements involved leading the launch of over 100 products across three brands, driving significant annual revenue, negotiating vendor plans, and championing corporate sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Covidien, where Amy focused on quality analysis and product development, and various internships that provided foundational engineering and project management skills. Amy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
