Andrew Willard

Andrew Willard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and sales, currently serving as the Global Program Manager for Startups and Accelerators at MathWorks since March 2005. In this role, Andrew leads initiatives that support over 3,000 startups through partnerships with more than 200 accelerators and incubators, facilitating access to MathWorks' software tools. Previous positions include Senior Account Manager focusing on energy exploration and production, as well as outside sales roles at MDM Marketing Inc. and GTM Associates Inc., where Andrew represented companies in the manufacturing sector. Andrew also has experience in the hospitality industry as Director of Restaurants at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel and in student operations at Northeastern University. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
