Anna Michienzi

Anna Michienzi has a work experience of over 20 years. Anna started their career as an HR SAP Systems Analyst at Analog Devices in 1999 and worked until 2000. Anna then served as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Ireland and the UK for a brief period in 2006. From 2000 to 2007, they held the position of Senior Compensation Consultant at Analog Devices. Later, they became the European Compensation & Benefits Manager at Analog Devices and worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined MathWorks as the Principal Compensation Partner on a global level.

Anna Michienzi has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University. Anna also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Framingham State University.
