Bhavya Bhatt

Bhavya Bhatt currently serves as a MATLAB Student Ambassador for the University of Alberta at MathWorks, leading virtual promotions and organizing programming events. As President of the UAlberta Chapter of North American Young Generation in Nuclear, Inc., Bhavya promotes nuclear science and engineering. In addition, Bhavya is an undergraduate researcher in the biomedical engineering field under Dr. Ravin Narain’s lab at the University of Alberta. Previous experiences include working as an Engineering Student on sustainable infrastructure projects and as an Engineering Intern at Akron Engineering Consultants Group, contributing to engineering reports and project management. Earlier roles in Junior Achievement involved leadership in marketing positions, creating environmentally friendly products. Bhavya is pursuing a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Computer Process Control at the University of Alberta.
