Chandan Pramanik

Chandan Pramanik serves as the Education Director for MathWorks in India since December 2019, focusing on advancing innovation and learning in engineering and science through the adoption of MATLAB and Simulink in technical education. Prior to this role, Chandan accumulated extensive experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2000 to June 2019, with various leadership positions including Country Manager for HPE Pointnext, where responsibilities included defining growth strategies for education services, and Country Manager for Inside Sales, overseeing substantial annual revenue. Chandan also held critical roles such as Distribution Manager for India Geo, National Sales Manager for ProLiant servers, and National Business Development Manager for HPE BladeSystem. Chandan holds an MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, completed an executive education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
