Charles Cao is an experienced business leader with a strong background in sales and management, currently serving as Country Manager at The MathWorks since September 2014. Previously, Charles held the position of General Manager for the Data Protection Business Unit in Greater China at Quest Software, a role that transitioned to Dell Software Group after acquisition in 2012. Charles has extensive experience in sales leadership and strategic growth across various organizations, including BakBone Software, EMC, and NCR China. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Mathematics from Fudan University and further education at IMD and Harvard Business School, as well as ongoing studies at Washington University.
