Danielle Chu

Danielle Chu is a seasoned professional in product management and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Product Management & Marketing Manager at MathWorks, focusing on Simscape Battery and Stateflow/System Composer since July 2021. Prior to this role, Danielle held various key positions at John Deere from September 2014 to July 2021, including Staff Power Electronics Control System Engineer and Technical Manager for Control Systems. Danielle's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, as well as an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic & Information Engineering from Shanghai Maritime University. Additional experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Advanced Power Systems and several research and engineering roles at institutions including ABB US Corporate Research Center, Mississippi State University, and Ericsson. Danielle also completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School Online from 2019 to 2020.
