Elena Karra

Elena Karra has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elena started by working as a Senior Software Developer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 1992. Elena then moved on to Lotus Development where they held the role of Senior SW Engineer. From there, they joined IBM and took on various technical and leadership positions within different divisions, including roles as a Senior Development Manager and Architect. Elena later joined Nokia as the Head of Development for Ad-Funded Mobile Email, and also served as the Director of Product Design & User Experience. Elena then worked at HERE, a Nokia company, as a Senior Product Manager for their Social Platform, as well as the Senior Product Manager for Local Commerce. Elena then moved on to Vistaprint as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on eCommerce innovation. Prior to their current position, Elena worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Product Manager for Online Account Opening. Elena is currently working at MathWorks as a Principal Program Manager.

Elena Karra obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North College in 1991. Elena further pursued their education and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University between 1991 and 1993.
