Fengchen Wang

Fengchen (Felix) Wang is a Senior Software Engineer at MathWorks, specializing in vehicular simulation since June 2020. Previously, Wang served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where leadership in developing an over-actuated electric autonomous vehicle and guiding numerous industrial projects focused on vehicle safety, energy efficiency, and advanced driver assistance systems was demonstrated. Earlier experiences include research roles at China Agricultural University and participation in a summer program at Tsinghua University. Wang holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, a Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from China Agricultural University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from the same institution.
