Hasmitha Bhetalam

Hasmitha Bhetalam is a User Experience Designer at MathWorks since November 2022, with a focus on enhancing user experience for diverse audiences. Previous experience includes an Experience Design Intern role at Newell Brands, where Hasmitha designed accessible web pages and developed a mobile application for the “Squishies” brand. As a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, Hasmitha supported communications for the Russian and East European Institute. Additional roles at Indiana University include Student Supervisor and Student Food Service Worker. An externship at Salesforce involved increasing user engagement on the Trailhead e-learning platform. Earlier experience encompasses a Cultural Coordinator position at Manipal Academy of Higher Education and an internship at BHOSHO ARCHITECTS, contributing to over eight residential projects. Hasmitha holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Architecture from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
