Jacob Ratliff is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience design and research methodologies. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at MathWorks since May 2016, Jacob has led mixed-methods user research and designed user workflows for CI/CD processes. Prior roles include Senior UX Researcher and User Experience Specialist at MathWorks, where Jacob focused on cross-functional tools and usability methods. Additional experience includes positions at Management Sciences for Health as an Information Architect, NFPA as an Archivist/Taxonomy Librarian, and various roles in digital projects and library services during tenure at the University of Denver. Jacob holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Denver and a BA in History and English Literature from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
