Jai Gupta

Jai Gupta is an accomplished Principal Product Manager at MathWorks, overseeing a multi-product group focused on AI, Image Processing, and Computer Vision since January 2023. Previously, Jai served as a Senior Technical Product Manager for Alexa AI at Amazon, where responsibilities included defining product roadmaps and enhancing collaboration across business units. As CEO and Co-Founder at Spero Devices, Jai led the development of a next-generation AI processor platform and secured significant venture funding. Earlier experience includes Chief Architect at NewLANS, where Jai contributed to raising $30 million and building a multidisciplinary team, as well as research roles at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and Huntington Medical Research Institute. Academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from UMass Amherst, the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
