Jaime Van Ness

Jaime Van Ness is a Global Learning Leader currently serving as the Worldwide Principal Sales Training Manager at MathWorks since 2018. Previously, Jaime held various roles including VP Development Manager for Sales and Service Strategy at Santander Bank, N.A., and Sales Performance Consultant at Sovereign Bank. Throughout their career, Jaime has demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing training programs that enhance sales strategies and improve customer experiences. Jaime earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Framingham State University, where they continue their studies.
