Jason Williams is an accomplished principal UX designer at MathWorks, with extensive experience in UI design for MATLAB and Simulink since September 2016. Prior to this role, Williams has a rich freelance career starting in 1996, providing design services across UI, web, print, branding, advertising, and marketing for a variety of clients. From December 2012 to June 2016, Williams served as Vice President of Design at String Automotive Solutions, leading the creation of the String Dealer Positioning System®, a tool enhancing dealership sales efficiency. Previous positions include Director of Visual Design at Wellogic, where innovative patient care management tools were developed, and Design Manager at Boston.com, where collaboration with various stakeholders was key.
