Jing Xu

Jing Xu is a Principal Software Engineer at The MathWorks, where they have been involved with the Simulink Semantics Team since 2011, focusing on the Simulink compile engine and infrastructure. Jing has a strong background in machine learning, holding a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside, and also earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. Prior to their role at The MathWorks, Jing worked as a Research Intern at Intel Corporation, conducting studies on distributed detection and inference on enterprise network traffic data. They possess extensive experience in C/C++, Linux, and MATLAB programming, along with expertise in large scale product architecture design.
