Johanna Pingel

Johanna Pingel has extensive experience in product marketing and technical roles, primarily at MathWorks from March 2016 to January 2023. As the Manager of Outbound Product Marketing, Johanna led a team of five product marketing engineers to develop and execute outbound strategies. Prior to this role, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Outbound, Johanna focused on marketing strategies and content development related to AI, including deep learning and machine learning. Additionally, Johanna served as a Product Marketing Manager for IPCV, creating various marketing materials that emphasized the value of image processing and computer vision toolboxes. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Computer Vision Software Engineer at International Electronic Machines Corporation and an Application Developer at 4Cite Marketing, LLC. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Architectural Sciences with a specialization in Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Carnegie Mellon University.
