John Truscott

John Truscott is an experienced IT professional with a focus on IT Service Management and platform development. Currently serving as Manager of the ServiceNow Development Team at MathWorks since July 2023, John previously held the position of IT Service Management Practice Lead and Business Process Consultant at Acorio, where oversight of ServiceNow implementations was a key responsibility. Prior roles include IT Director of Service Management at Medtronic, where strategic direction for ITIL policies and processes was provided, and Director of End User Services at Covidien, overseeing global IT Service Desk and Desktop Support operations. John holds a BS in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
