Jos Martin has extensive experience in engineering and physics, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MathWorks since May 2000, with previous roles including Senior Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, Jos held the position of Royal Society Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Otago in New Zealand, focusing on experimental Bose-Einstein condensation in rubidium from October 1997 to May 2000. Jos Martin earned a D.Phil in Physics and an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford, completing studies from 1990 to 1997.
