Kiri Kreutzer

Kiri Kreutzer has over two decades of experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Global Rewards & HRIS at MathWorks since February 2003. Prior roles at MathWorks include Senior Manager and Manager of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, as well as Compensation Manager and Compensation Analyst. Prior to joining MathWorks, Kiri worked as a Compensation Specialist at Genuity, which was acquired by Level 3, from September 2000 until February 2003, and as a Recruiting Administrator at BBN Technologies from 1998 to 2000. Kiri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
