Kyle Rawding

Kyle Rawding is a Design Ops and Design System Lead at MathWorks, where they manage UX design operations and oversee the design system program. Previously, Kyle worked at Helbling Precision Engineering as a Project Engineer and held positions at Physical Sciences Inc. and Clover Food Lab, contributing to various projects in aerospace, food technology, and more. They have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University. With experience in product design, including UX/UI and mechanical engineering, Kyle combines a passion for aesthetics and user-centered design to create functional and accessible experiences.
