Martin Reyes, PE, AICP, is a Principal Transportation Planner currently serving in Government Affairs at the San Francisco County Transportation Authority since January 2024. Previously, Martin held the same title at the San Mateo County Transit District from January 2023 to January 2024, where major planning initiatives included the 101 Corridor Connect multimodal corridor plan and the development of grant programs for regional transit connections. Martin has extensive experience with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, including serving as Assistant Director for Planning and Development under Supervisor Hilda Solis and as Transportation Deputy, providing leadership on transportation and infrastructure projects. With a solid foundation in civil engineering and urban planning, Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA, a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
